A refreshing Basque cider. Ours comes from Izeta Sagardotegia in Guipuzcoa. Organic apples of indigenous variety are fermented naturally using only native yeasts. No filtering, fining, or additives of any kind.
Don't let it's cloudy appearance fool you, this cider is light and crisp like a Granny Smith.
Serving Recs
Chill and pour over the shoulder into a widemouthed glass or plastic cup for proper aeration. Try not to spill it all.
